LOUIS – Accella Polyurethane Systems, a business unit of Accella, announced IAAF certification of Tru-Motion SA at the ASBA (Athletic Sports Builders Association) Conference in Punta Cana, Dominion Republic winter meeting.  Tru-Motion SA is commonly referred to as a “sandwich” running track construction.   12. Under Threat of Rail Transport Cessation, Will Congress Act in Time to Keep Chemical Shipments on Track?

    First the good news. This week Congressional lawmakers agreed on a deal to extend the December 31st deadline by which freight rail companies must implement Positive Train Control (PTC). The extension could be anywhere between three to five years and under certain conditions. The length of the extension is consistent with SOCMA’s official position, reinforced by a unanimous vote of the Board of Governors last month.
