REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Attendee Fees
  • SOCMA or ACC Members - $750 per Person ($995 After 2/9/09)
  • Non-member - $995 per Person ($1250 After 2/9/09)
    
• Optional Workshop Fees
  • Optional Workshops Only - $500 per Person
  • Optional Workshop with Conference - $250 per Person
    
• Exhibitor Fees
  • Booth Rental - $2395

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
For Conference Attendees:
Conference registration cancellations received on or before February 21, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $65 processing fee. If you do not attend, you are still responsible for payment, but substitutions may be made at any time.

For Exhibitors:
2009 booth cancellations received on or before January 15, 2009 will receive a full refund less a $500 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after January 15. 2009.  A $500 penalty will be assessed for early breakdown.
