The application process for the 2012 Performance Improvement Awards is now open. In an effort to give you more time to review the application, we are releasing the questions prior to you receiving your tier status. Because you have not yet been notified of your tier status this year, please complete all of the questions as a Gold Applicant would. SOCMA staff will categorize applications once metrics have been submitted and finalized before judging. The application process closes at midnight, August 15, 2012.
