What is the dress code?
Dress Code Men: Slacks or Bermuda length shorts. Shirts with sleeves and collars are required at all times
Dress Code Women: Skirt and blouse, slacks or shorts
All denim and jeans and /or cut- offs are not permitted at any time.
What transportation will be provided?
The Westin Savannah Harbor provides shuttle service that leaves to and from the golf course. If driving from a different hotel, there is ample complimentary parking.
Am I able to rent or ship golf clubs?
Yes, golf club rentals are available for $80. If you would like to ship golf clubs directly to the club, please contact Miranda Knoch at 571-348-5114 or mknoch@socma.org.
What does registration include?
Greens fee, golf cart fee, range balls, beverage station, networking lunch prior to tee time, and the networking reception following the tournament, including heavy hors d'oeuvres and open bar
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and refund requests minus a $50 processing fee must be made in writing to meetings@socma.org no later than June 6, 2023. No refunds will be granted after June 6, 2023. Substitutions are permitted.
